House log - Getting a Géomètre

We're looking for a géomètre. I conceived an universal letter to contact them, sounding like this:

Dear Madam or Sir,

We are now in position to start the process of building the house.

Can you please let me know if your office can perform the pegging out (implantation) for our building site? If yes, please let me know at your earliest convenience when can I contact you to discuss in more detail the project.

In French, I have something similar, even simpler:

Chère Madame, Cher Monsieur,

Nous aurions besoin de votre aide pour l’implantation de la maison. Si votre bureau fournit ce service, pourriez-vous m’envoyer un devis gratuit ?
